Brother International (NZ) Ltd (Brother) is pleased to announce a significant investment in Fiji through the appointment of Pacific Brothers Distributor Pte LTD as their new official distributor for the region.
With over 20 years in the Fijian market, Brother has established a substantial customer base thanks to the dedicated efforts of their local resellers. This strategic move aims to expand Brother's product range and drive growth, particularly in the B2B market, by partnering with a distributor that fully understands and meets the needs of the local Fijian market.
Pacific Brothers brings extensive experience in the print industry and a strong focus on customer service and support. This includes the introduction of 24/7 support for all users across Fiji. Additionally, Brother and Pacific Brothers are investing in developing a nationwide network of local Technical Service Providers to ensure that Brother customers have the best possible experience with their products.
Sustainability is also a key focus of this partnership. Brother and Pacific Brothers are expanding recycling initiatives and committing funds to support local sustainability and corporate social responsibility projects.
